In the first place, you found us the most fantastic tenants within just a few days of putting the property on the market – a family relocating from abroad on the basis of a five-year employment contract. You then negotiated a good rent for us and sorted out all the documentation, including the Tenancy Agreement, and made sure that we had a rental guarantee in place. We found your service excellent and very good value. Sensibly, we asked you to manage the property for us. The cost was very reasonable, and the benefit to us has been enormous. You are always available to sort out any problem, even in the evenings and at weekends, when other letting agents and managing agents cannot be contacted.
