Excellent experience, house put on the market within 2 days, sold within 5 days. There were problems at the top of the chain, also issues with solicitors holding up the process. Barry Sweetman was a huge help in dealing with the issues and advising on what action to take when it got difficult (which it did several times! ). His many years of experience became v valuable. Other team members, also helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and good value.
