During a phone call with Emmett today she resolved a problem I had been unable to resolve through the online support chat because of the inadequate specification of my husband’s phone to take a screenshot of a text message required to continue the chat. Emmett knew exactly how to help and talked me step by step through the process of opening and logging in to an ID check account for my husband. She was patient, courteous and very helpful. Top marks.
