For a first time buyer i was hit with negativity from family and friends about having starting a mortgage. Now I’m thinking it was because they didn’t have the two ladies I had because to process of mine has been as smooth as butter. Fortunately I was able to find Sarah Morgan and Rebecca Taylor. Sarah has been fantastic! She found me a mortgage that the previous person couldn’t even get close to. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would have had the mortgage I’ve just got. She’s been very detailed and made sure everything had been done to the highest as it could possibly been done at! Not once has she left me in the dark and always replied to emails and made sure I was updated!! Rebecca, also fantastic! She’s followed up on my applications and I didn’t expect it all to go through so fast. She’s not left me in the dark once and if any update came I would be notified either by email or phone call. They are truly an asset to their company!! I feel for my first time buying that I’ve truly had one of the best to advise and follow through work. I don’t think I could have found a better!
