We have just purchased our house through Ryder & Dutton, from the get go Ryder & Dutton were a pleasure to deal with. However, Lisa Royle deserves a big shout out (and a large glass of wine). Lisa Royle is an asset to the company. She remained professional throughout the whole painful process of our purchase (made painful by our initial solicitors). We were selling through PurpleBricks and therefore did not have an agent acting on our behalf, Lisa was a life saver - she chased our solicitors constantly, kept us in the loop and was a joy to speak to on the phone. She never once came across too busy to speak to either myself or my husband (and we rang a lot) and went over and beyond to update us frequently. Our sale/purchase has been a tricky one filled with a lot of emotion and frustration from parties outside of Lisa's and our control, somehow Lisa was able to keep my husband and I sane throughout the process.
