Rapid response to emails and were always at the other end of the phone especially during these hard times of Covid and kept me updated at all times on progress. Branch Manager, Michael's enthusiasm and professionalism meant there was no other option who we were going to sell our house with. We had the ability to receive reporting on the interest in our property, and once sold - track progress of our sale and were regularly kept up to date with everything. Lisa was a tremendous support throughout, being in a chain can be stressful but Lisa made the whole thing a pleasant and stress-free experience. I was the purchaser of a property where Ryder & Dutton (Lisa Royle) was acting for the seller. It turned out to be a long and difficult process, as ownership of part of the property had not been recorded correctly at the Land Registry, many years ago. There were times when it looked like the deal would through fall through, as the seller was at risk of losing her own purchase, due to the delays. However, each time Lisa assisted with ensuring that the the deal stayed live. Lisa was always professional and responded swiftly, and helpfully, to any queries that were raised.
