Martin, Emily and Ned have been excellent with marketing and selling the house. They have been very professional with the viewings and we have had regular updates on the progress of the house. I would highly recommend them.

Kirsten was great. She was always there to update me through a very long and stressful house sale. Kirsten chased the buyer and her sollicitors constantly for me, as at times I was unsure if it would ever happen - 7 months in total. Kirsten also supported me when I lost the flat I was purchasing, while awaiting my buyers finances to be resolved. This was due to Mike Tierney Estate Agents in Stalybridge, who proceeded to put the flat back on the market - (avoid at all costs). Despite everything going through as advised. Not sure why !!! We completed on Friday 13th March - thanks to Robin for her support on the day, as the buyers sollicitors went AWOL, so we didn't complete until 4pm. Kisten got to know me so well through the process, and was always at the other end of the phone, for support and reassurance. The manager Matthew Clayton took superb photographs and the writeup on Rightmove was very impressive. It didn’t take long to find a buyer so I would highly recommend the team at Ashton if you want to market your property with a very professional agent.
