Joe Hayes has been a huge help through the entire process of buying my flat. He kept me updated and always phoned back. If out of the office, one of the team would always ask if they could help and were very polite and friendly. Peter Walker (mortgage advisor) was also a great help. He explains the complicated parts so that you understand what is going on and gets things done straight away. I would recommend using Balgores to anyone! It was my first time buying and although I had a few hiccups along the way, Joe and Peter went out of their way to help and hurry things along.
