Good service lovely friendly staff

I was recommended Sarah through Ryder & Dutton estate agents, and I like to do my own research first so based on the reviews Sarah had, I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea given my lack of knowledge on the process. Even before I’d met Sarah, I was called by Becky to inform me of the process, what I would need to bring and generally what to expect, which I thought was a personal touch – Becky is very friendly and very knowledgeable in her job.   Whilst I had the expectation that it would be a monotonous meeting talking about financials etc, it was quite the opposite. Sarah was very accommodating as we were only able to meet on the Saturday, and when we met Sarah I instantly noticed how approachable and bubbly she is. She’s very open about the process and her own life experiences, so it becomes very easy speaking to her. In reality it is difficult having such a lengthy and detailed chat with a stranger, however with Sarah it felt like speaking to a family member or a friend.  I was really impressed with Sarah’s enthusiasm; her passion for her job and experience at what she does really shines through.  Sarah does not push you into making decisions, I always find with every recommendation she offers, there is rationale and thought behind it – it is always at the benefit of the customer.   Buying a house is possibly the most stressful and most painful experience of anyone’s life, particularly as a first time buyer – however, at every stage of this process I have known where I am up to, what to expect and I have not felt stressed at any time throughout this. Even though my mortgage is now at accept stage, Sarah and Becky have both been keeping me up to date with the next steps and what to expect from the solicitors.  There is obviously a charge with using a broker, however its money well spent and I would highly recommend Sarah and Becky. They take all the stress and hard work out of an already nerve-wracking process, I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far.

*Mortgage advice service* Excellent, professional, friendly service from start to finish. Sarah Morgan and Becky Taylor were insightful, very knowledgeable and made the whole process as stress free as possible. They dealt with the mortgage application process from start to finish, as well as communicating with the bank and solicitor on my behalf. The whole process would have been a lot more stressful, time consuming and difficult without the service provided by Sarah and Becky. The mortgage advice given to me has most definitely saved me a lot of money in the long term. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation who is looking to purchase a house and is seeking a mortgage.

The advisor Holly Kershaw from the Middleton branch was excellent. I purchased a property through Ryder & Dutton whilst I was out of the country so was more challenging than normal. I was only able to do this because of the outstanding service I received from Holly. She kept me abreast of all developments and despite me insisting on a totally unrealistic completion date, Holly came through, diligently chasing all parties and exceeding expectations. Well done Holly, you are a credit to the Middleton branch.

Lisa has made the process of buying my first house extremely smooth and it's been a pleasure working with her throughout the process. She's always been polite and understanding and I can't be happy enough with the service I received! Would definitely use again!

Great job by Joe Hayes and the team. We had quite a few hurdles to get over but Joe was always chasing and pushing all parties to get the exchange over the line.
