Recently purchased a property through Martin & Co. The service was excellent. All calls were returned promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend anybody thinking of marketing their property to use them. The lovely welcome pack at completion was a lovely touch to end what was a very positive experience.

Excellent service provided by Kate, one of the estate agents at this company. I received regular communications from her with updates on the progress of the sale, she quickly leaned on solicitors when progress slowed, can't fault her and the rest of the team Thanks for helping with a speedy sale!

Wonderful service and support with selling our house in Merthyr. We were let down by another local estate agent, who promised the earth but just didn't deliver. (One viewing in six weeks and hardly ever replied to calls.) After changing to Martin & Co they soon had several viewings arranged for our property and we had agreed a sale within a week - for only a fraction under the asking price. Amanda and her team were also great at keeping us updated and responding to any queries. Five star service and for half the price. Just wish we had gone with them in the first place!
