I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

We had numerous issues with solicitors but Henry from the Merthyr office was quick to offer advice and guidance on what to do next and how to manage the problems we were having. Henry & Kate provided great service when I was selling my flat. They responded to all my enquiries speedily. Kate in particular went the extra mile and helped speed the sale up liaising with solicitors when there were blockages in the sale. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
