As a landlord this is the first time I have used Martin & Co Merthyr branch as my agent. My overall impression of the service they provide is exceptional. I have just recently rented a property with them. Being a landlord for a number of years i have always been compliant with Health & Safety, Rent Smart Wales legislation. When Amanda from the Merthyr branch viewed the property I intended to rent out there were a number of factors which not only did i overlook but was unaware that i needed these factors in place to meet current legislation. Amanda's knowledge and expertise in this area was invaluable and very reassuring. Ellie was excellent in finding a tenant for my property. Very efficient, quick ,informative and straightforward, finding me an excellent tenant. There is a complete new team at the Merthyr Branch with a dedicated person, Kai managing landlord maintenance. My tenant recently contacted Kai as the boiler malfunctioned. It needed a new part fitted and on contacting Kai he arranged to have it repaired the same day. My tenant was more than pleased on how quickly he resolved the matter. From my experience using Martin & Co Merthyr this new team of Amanda, Kai and Ellie are totally committed to providing outstanding customer service, are extremely helpful, professional and very pleasant. Our property valuation, photography and marketing, viewings and ongoing communications have all been dealt with in an efficient, professional and yet very friendly and personable way throughout. It has felt most agreeable and comfortable to contact Chloe and the team in the office at any time about any matter including both queries and routine updates.
