Every town should have a Sally Botham
From start to finish Sally and her team were amazing. were so good I didn't recognise the rooms as mine! We were impressed that the lady handling our sale came to look at the property so that she could answer any questions We had 35 viewings and 3 offers and even when there were hiccups with our buyer and their last minute decision to go for a mortgage our personal sales lady handled all our panics with calm and helpfulness. I can honestly say that for the first time I felt an Estate Agent had earned their fees!

Obstructive
I wanted to withdraw my house off the market and Sally Bothams were obstructive , even though we have been on the market two years with them and we only entered a six month contract they would not allow me to take my house off the market by notifying them by email or phone which I found quite obstructive , they demanded a posted letter only and fourteen days notice once this arrived so beware!
