Excellent, professional service as managing agents for rental property.
I have had Andrew Granger as the managing agent for a property I let out since 2006. The team have always provided an excellent service, ensuring tenants are fully checked prior to agreement to let, and subsequently monitoring the tenancy to any issues are delt with swiftly and effectively. They are also excellent at communicating effectively, letting me know what is going on, and where problems have arisen, suggesting solutions where appropriate. I am grateful for their diligence, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a managing agent for a property they wish to let.

Friendly and professional
We have dealt with Anna Eldridge for our new tenancy, who has been really friendly, helpful and highly professional throughout. The tenancy fees and charges are high, however the service we've received so far has been excellent. After dealing with a continually appalling service from our current agency this makes a refreshing and welcome change!

A Very Professional Company!!
A Very Professional Company!! We were kept informed by email of the progress regularly by Conor. This was especially important as we were let down by another Estate agent not keeping us up to-date. We were packed and ready to move but the house we wanted fell through because of lack of communication. We really needed to get moving fast. We saw a house Andrew Granger & Co had for rent viewed it and rented it within a week......big thank you to Anna, Conor, Angela and especially Jilly who followed everything up and made sure we got in for the weekend. Professional, helpful and friendly letting agent in Market Harborough
My husband and I needed a flat for one year while on sabbatical in the UK. We are from Canada and really appreciated how helpful, friendly and professional Andrew Granger and Co were in assisting us with finding a suitable flat on our first visit to Market Harborough along with assisting us with completing some of the initial paperwork from afar. Our move in was very smooth and any time we had a problem with something in the flat, they were great to deal with and things were always resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to deal with this firm again in the future.

Professional yet friendly
First agents I’ve used as a tenant and they have been brilliant. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and the staff are professional yet friendly. I have dealt with Anna throughout most of my tenancy and she has been fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend Grangers, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
