We’ve used Andy a couple of times now to sell/buy houses, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s so professional and thorough in his work, he’s a joy to work with. What is often a very stressful process, Andy reduces that stress with his calm, patient and communicative approach. We cannot rate him highly enough.

We have now used Andy for 3 hour sales, 2 for me and 1 for my daughter. I defy you to find a better service. Andy was always available and if he was busy, you get a call back as soon as he is free also price wise, nobody came close to. Will definitely use him again.

The BEST estate agent in Mansfield. I've bought from Andy once, he's managed my rental and I've sold 3 properties with Andy's help and guidance. Andy is personable, calm in aproach and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the market. He's competitive on price and really cares about his clients and the outcome, which can be rare in the industry! Andy is flexible regarding viewing times, which I feel is a crucial part of the selling journey. (Many agents don't offer evenings/flexibility.) Together with outstanding professional photography, I achieved the price I wanted on my recent sale within a week. I'd highly recommend Andy to anyone in the Mansfield area, selling, buying and managed services. I wouldn't use anyone else!
