Had to deal with some dipstick this morning,looking for a two bed property for approx £425 pcm, informed her I've got two dogs and due to health problems,I get ESA DAFT woman said that they would need six months rent in advance, I pointed out I get housing benefit & that the council would pay the rent THEY STILL WANTED SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE

The most unprofessional company I have dealt with, there knowledge is poor at best and the manner they address there customers in is disgusting I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They flatly refuse to do business with injured soldiers, I called white gates earlyer this year about a house I wanted to rent, the male on the phone asked me about my finances, I told him that I was I injured soldier and had just been medically discharged, he then interrupted me stating "we do not take on unemployed" I then went on to explain that I had more than enough savings in the bank to pay over six month rent upfront, and my war pensions and insurance would more than cover the rent after that, he then interrupted a second time saying "we don't take on people on benifits ether" then he put the phone down on me, So I emailed the manager thinking that this could just be one person, but no a woman called me back, she was very aggressive, telling me that if I dont know what I'm talking about, I simply don't meet the criteria. Thanks for nothing whitegates

Terrible service. Waiting for them to resolve issues with the house for months on end then blaming it on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
