At first it looked like standard letting agency, they were paying visits to make sure that we were taking good care of the rented property. But than we started the procedure of buying our own house. Unfortunately the end of letting contract was due and landlord was pushing to sign another six month contract when we were almost at the finishing stage with our new house. They let us stay on monthly rolling contract as understand our situation. The same thing with returning the property, there were some things that had to be done after we moved out, about which we were informed. Instead of taking the money from the bond thay let us sort rest of the stuff out by ourselves so we can receive full bond.
