I can't thank this estate agent enough! Their service was incredibly fast, friendly, and completely tailored to my needs. During a really stressful and desperate time trying to find a new place, they were an absolute lifesaver. They made the whole moving process so much easier and truly went above and beyond. Just completed a sale on a property which was under probate. We initially got in touch with Manor Estates from a simple google search as we were not local to the property ourselves. We were undecided on whether the property would be sold or let when we initially got in touch but this wasn’t an issue and they were super helpful. Sulman who dealt with us was great throughout the process from the early days of providing a valuation for the estate and then later when we decided we were ready to sell and got back in touch. Sulman kept in touch regularly throughout the process from providing the initial valuation up until we had decided what to do and was always on hand to help or answer any queries. Once we had confirmed we were selling the property, again, he was very helpful and sorted attendance for all pictures/viewings/surveys etc which meant we didn’t need to travel to the property. I would highly recommend Manor Estate Agents and Sulman and can’t fault our experience atall. Thank you!

Trust them. They deliver. They’ve managed my property for four months. When the initial certificates were due, they managed to secure them at a lower rate than I could find. Rent has been promptly and the tenants voluntarily cleared the garden and disposed of the waste.

Manor estates are absolutely amazing 👌 I was having issues with my last agent who wasn’t responding and was keeping my rent last agents were a scam and fraud , but manor estate agents have been a breath of fresh air , mr khan and his team have gone over and above their work and sorted out all my issues out within days at break neck speed , made new certificates etc for me as the last agent wasn’t cooperating at all They give really good sensible advice and act fairly for both landlord and tenant , very professional so glad I switched to them they are Quick efficient, they keep you properly informed, and great quick communication , no messing around like most other agents Mr khan personally, Answered every single question of mine without ever getting irate and trust me I had loads of questions after my last agent experience mr khan is an absolute gentleman I would 100% recommend manor estate agents - from my own experience. Plan to stay with these agents for a very long time to come fingers crossed 🤞 certainly as long as mr khan is there
