Amazing service from Manor Estates on sale of home! Absolutely first class service from Manor Estates. From the very first meeting with Sulman and team it was clear that the sale of my house would be conducted professionally and with careful attention to client needs. Clear guidance and surrounding area benchmarks were provided before setting an asking price in line with our objectives. Professional photos and videos were then taken to begin the marketing process. Manor Estates were able to drive up interest in the property and seemed to have access to additional prospective buyers. Manor Estates clearly know the local housing market extremely well. The pros and cons of each offer were carefully explained before an offer was excepted. Manor Estates than coordinated all aspects of the sale, including constantly contacting buyer and seller solicitors , arranging the survey, being in contact with buyer mortgage advisers, speaking constantly to the buyer and keeping us updated. Manor Estates even arranged for a security locks to be placed in the house when it was vacant for a few weeks before exchange! Always attentive to client needs and always available on the phone to answer questions without any delays. All in all a super smooth process from start to finish. Unbelievable that the time from first marketing the property to exchange was less than 2 months! All because the whole process was expertly and professionally managed by Manor Estates.
