Just completed a sale on a property which was under probate. We initially got in touch with Manor Estates from a simple google search as we were not local to the property ourselves. Sulman who dealt with us was great throughout the process from the early days of providing a valuation for the estate and then later when we decided we were ready to sell and got back in touch. Sulman kept in touch regularly throughout the process from providing the initial valuation up until we had decided what to do and was always on hand to help or answer any queries. Once we had confirmed we were selling the property, again, he was very helpful and sorted attendance for all pictures/viewings/surveys etc which meant we didn’t need to travel to the property.
