Since purchasing my investment property in Liverpool City Centre, Qube Residential Lettings & Management have been my managing agents. In particular Kelsey at Qube has been nothing short of amazing! I live over 100 miles away from the property and she has made the whole process and experience stress free.
Reply from Qube Residential Manchester: Thank you, Paul! We’re delighted Kelsey and the team in Liverpool have made the experience so easy and stress-free. We really appreciate the 5-star review!
A really great service from Qube Residential, and in particular Shane. She was always helpful and respond to any questions throughout the whole journey and always took time to explain the process for us. We really appreciate her assistance!

I had a really good experience navigating the renting process with Qube Residential. Trying to secure an apartment last month was quite difficult, with so many people looking to do the same, but Adam was incredibly proactive in making sure my application process was as seamless as possible. Helene and Diane were also more than happy to answer all of my questions, regardless of how often I called 😂. My move-in process was quite stressful (although this was unrelated to Qube Residential), and despite a mix-up with the keys and inventory, everyone involved was extremely professional and proactive in getting everything resolved promptly. Kane in particular was incredibly kind and receptive to any concerns I had regarding the inventory, and was very professional and apologetic about the mix-up. There was also another member of the team, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, who went above and beyond to ensure the situation with my keys was resolved as quickly as possible. All in all, I would highly recommend Qube Residential, especially to anyone renting for the first time!!

We’ve had a really great experience with Qube from day one. From the moment we started looking for a home until today, they have always been supportive, professional and genuinely helpful. As we recently moved to Liverpool and didn’t know anyone here, having a team like Qube that we can rely on has meant a lot to us. Whenever we’ve had an issue with the property, they have listened, followed up and done their best to help us resolve it. A special thank you to the whole Qube team for their kindness, understanding and excellent customer service. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us and would definitely recommend Qube to anyone looking for a reliable and caring property management team. ❤️
