I had a really good experience navigating the renting process with Qube Residential. Trying to secure an apartment last month was quite difficult, with so many people looking to do the same, but Adam was incredibly proactive in making sure my application process was as seamless as possible. Helene and Diane were also more than happy to answer all of my questions, regardless of how often I called 😂. My move-in process was quite stressful (although this was unrelated to Qube Residential), and despite a mix-up with the keys and inventory, everyone involved was extremely professional and proactive in getting everything resolved promptly. Kane in particular was incredibly kind and receptive to any concerns I had regarding the inventory, and was very professional and apologetic about the mix-up. There was also another member of the team, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, who went above and beyond to ensure the situation with my keys was resolved as quickly as possible. All in all, I would highly recommend Qube Residential, especially to anyone renting for the first time!!
