Kelsey was very efficient recently when sending the annual inspection report. In addition they send very clear accounts at year end to simplify tax reporting process.

Apartment was re-let quickly and efficiently. Rebecca dealt with any maintenance issues- post previous tenants leaving and new tenants commencing. Process was quick and painless which is what any landlord wants. Good communication throughout the process.
