I have been dealing with the Belvoir Estate Agency located in the North Manchester well over 15 years. The support team has always provided an excellent, efficient and professional service and very keen in dealing with my enquirers and responding promptly. Excellent communication between me and the letting personnel and being available to assist had helped me over the years and would defiantly recommend using their service.

Belvoir Lettings Prestwich has responded promptly to every request we have ever made and worked hard to maintain relationships with tenants. They really helped with the transition from tenant to tenant and in the sale of a property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a landlord as an agent to work with.

Unprofessional and Misleading – Avoid I had a deeply disappointing experience with this agency. I was told the property I was renting was ready to move into, with promises of a professional deep clean. Based on these promises, I paid the full rent and deposit upfront. What I walked into was shocking—a filthy property, rubbish brought inside instead of removed, and no evidence of any professional cleaning at all. The property was in a worse condition than when I viewed it, and items I had seen during the viewing were now missing. We were clearly misled. When we contacted the agent immediately to resolve these issues, all they said was, "We will contact the landlord to solve the issue." This is an unacceptable and dismissive response after taking full payment and making promises that were not fulfilled. This situation has caused serious distress to my wife and children, and we have been left unable to move in as planned. The agency pushed for a fast signing, only to deliver a property that was completely unfit to live in. I feel we were taken advantage of and treated without respect or honesty. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for fair treatment or professionalism. Be cautious before trusting their word.

Viewing booking with Michael. Stood waiting for 25 minutes and he's a no show. No email, text, or call. Rang the Prestwich branch, no one answered. Complete waste of my time.

Took my mums money for a deposit and then showed her a different property!! Con artists avoid! Currently seeking advice from ombudsman, solicitors and the police! Taking advantage of a 77year old vulnerable adult!

Not professional. Didn't provide correct address for viewing, informed about time viewing change when I was on the way almost there and spent 1 hour one way. Awful service.
