Unprofessional and Misleading – Avoid I had a deeply disappointing experience with this agency. I was told the property I was renting was ready to move into, with promises of a professional deep cleaning . Based on these promises, I paid the full rent and deposit upfront. What I walked into was shocking—a filthy property, rubbish brought inside instead of removed, and no evidence of any professional cleaning at all. The property was in a worse condition than when I viewed it,. We were clearly misled. When we contacted the agent immediately to resolve these issues, all they said was, " We will advise Landlord. This situation has caused serious distress to my wife and children, and we have been left unable to move in as planned. The agency pushed for a fast signing, only to deliver a property that was completely unfit to live in. I feel we were taken advantage of and treated without respect or honesty. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for fair treatment or professionalism. Be cautious before trusting their word.
