A big thank you to all the team at Willow Green but a particular mention to Hannah for all your help in the sale of our house. Hannah was so helpful and approachable throughout the process, working hard to keep us updated and ensure that things went smoothly and we will always be grateful for that.

The reason I have taken the time to write this review is that I used to be employed by a national Estate Agency, who often showed me the negative sides of buying and selling houses, with smaller local agents. However, this cannot be said for Willowgreen Estate Agents in Malton who go above and beyond to help out their vendors and purchasers alike and to make one of the most stressful events in our lives go as smoothly as possible. I have been dealing with Willowgreen for the last 6 months in an attempt to find and purchase a house, having moved from out of the area and not knowing where to start! I have dealt with all of the Estate Agents in Malton, although none of them came close to the staff at Willowgreen. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when in the office and always returned phone calls, sent e-mails etc when we were out and about. Lisa, the Manager really listened to what we wanted (which wasn't the easiest!) and updated us as soon as she had a property that she thought would suit us. We met and spoke to numerous members of her staff including Hannah, who was also professional and very knowledgeable about the properties and areas that we were looking at. Furthermore, they also put us in touch with Robin Kellett, the Mortgage Advisor who is based at their office, albeit not directly part of Willowgreen. Robin had the same friendly, professional and helpful attitude and he was able to source a cheaper mortgage and in a short amount of time. I would 100% recommend using Willowgreen to either buy or sell my house in the future. Thanks very much Lisa and all her staff for their help!
