Hannah from Willowgreen is, in my experience, a professional and knowledgeable estate agent. From the minute I met her I could relate to her competent and straightforward approach. She knows the markets, she supports sensible negotiation and she went out of her way to help find properties that matched my search criteria. Willowgreen are obviously gaining significant market share and this isn’t surprising. Their agency model would do well in other parts of the UK. I am from Suffolk (Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and mid-Suffolk) and there is no agency which mirrors the approach offered by Willowgreen and Hannah here. Great work ladies. I highly recommend your agency.

The reason I have taken the time to write this review is that I used to be employed by a national Estate Agency, who often showed me the negative sides of buying and selling houses, with smaller local agents. However, this cannot be said for Willowgreen Estate Agents in Malton who go above and beyond to help out their vendors and purchasers alike and to make one of the most stressful events in our lives go as smoothly as possible. I have been dealing with Willowgreen for the last 6 months in an attempt to find and purchase a house, having moved from out of the area and not knowing where to start! I have dealt with all of the Estate Agents in Malton, although none of them came close to the staff at Willowgreen. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when in the office and always returned phone calls, sent e-mails etc when we were out and about. Lisa, the Manager really listened to what we wanted (which wasn't the easiest!) and updated us as soon as she had a property that she thought would suit us. We met and spoke to numerous members of her staff including Hannah, who was also professional and very knowledgeable about the properties and areas that we were looking at. Furthermore, they also put us in touch with Robin Kellett, the Mortgage Advisor who is based at their office, albeit not directly part of Willowgreen. Robin had the same friendly, professional and helpful attitude and he was able to source a cheaper mortgage and in a short amount of time. Absolutely first class Estate Agent, quite simply the best we have ever used - and we have used quite a few ! From the very first day they took on our house sale, all of their staff have given us excellent service and they have kept us in touch with progress and developments pretty much on a daily basis. I can't think of a single thing that they could have done better, right from the details and photos being placed on the internet within a couple of days all the way through to a successful sale. I rented my house out through Willowgreen and can't recommend them enough! I think their effectiveness as estate agents is obvious from the amount of 'sold' and 'let' signs, and was one of the main reasons I chose them. They tailored their service to my requirements and everything ran smoothly, finding me tenants within days of advertising the property. Everyone was really friendly and helpful with everything. We were first time buyers and they were great in telling us what we had to do or any questions we had for them. We received a warm welcome and lovely gift bag when we completed the quick purchase of our property. If we ever sell we would definitely be using them.
