The first time for us using Willow Green to let a property. We had heard many good reports about them and am pleased to say we have also received a smooth, friendly, positive and caring experience from Sam during the process. I have popped into the office a couple of times (which is lovely) and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We also appreciated the gift bag with goodies and card. Such a thoughtful gift. The reason I have taken the time to write this review is that I used to be employed by a national Estate Agency, who often showed me the negative sides of buying and selling houses, with smaller local agents. However, this cannot be said for Willowgreen Estate Agents in Malton who go above and beyond to help out their vendors and purchasers alike and to make one of the most stressful events in our lives go as smoothly as possible. I have been dealing with Willowgreen for the last 6 months in an attempt to find and purchase a house, having moved from out of the area and not knowing where to start! I have dealt with all of the Estate Agents in Malton, although none of them came close to the staff at Willowgreen. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when in the office and always returned phone calls, sent e-mails etc when we were out and about. Lisa, the Manager really listened to what we wanted (which wasn't the easiest!) and updated us as soon as she had a property that she thought would suit us. We met and spoke to numerous members of her staff including Hannah, who was also professional and very knowledgeable about the properties and areas that we were looking at. Furthermore, they also put us in touch with Robin Kellett, the Mortgage Advisor who is based at their office, albeit not directly part of Willowgreen. Robin had the same friendly, professional and helpful attitude and he was able to source a cheaper mortgage and in a short amount of time. I would 100% recommend using Willowgreen to either buy or sell my house in the future. Thanks very much Lisa and all her staff for their help!

I rented my house out through Willowgreen and can't recommend them enough! I think their effectiveness as estate agents is obvious from the amount of 'sold' and 'let' signs, and was one of the main reasons I chose them. They tailored their service to my requirements and everything ran smoothly, finding me tenants within days of advertising the property. Will definitely use again in future if my current tenants move on. Wonderful personal experience.

I cannot recommend Willowgreen Estate Agents enough if renting in the area. Myself and my partner found our home through them and we were very impressed with the level of service we got compared to their competitors; some of whom treated us in a very unpleasant manner. Willowgreen were approachable and friendly whilst remaining professional and I would most definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking to rent in or around Malton. No fuss and very speedy as well, good work all round and Sam is a joy to do business with.

I can't speak too highly of Willowgreen Estate Agents and their staff. I bought a property through them and their customer service was excellent. They were always friendly and approachable and their communication and updates on the sale were very helpful. I have also been particularly impressed with their lettings management service, nothing has been too much trouble. Sam has arranged for several workmen to complete improvements to my property, which has all gone very smoothly. They also managed to find me an excellent tenant within a week of the property being marketed. Would highly recommend Willowgreen to anyone buying or letting a property.

We sold our house through Willowgreen a few months ago and can highly recommend them, from all the the ladies in the office through to Robin the mortgage advisor and their photographer, nothing was ever too much trouble. Willowgreen were fantastic when I was buying my first home! All the girls were great, so friendly & helpful at all times - In the office, over the phone and over email! As it was my first time buying, there was a lot of things I wasn't 100% sure on but Lisa was a huge help in answering any questions/queries I had and overall everyone made sure the process went extremely smoothly and I had no stress what so ever!
