I was really impressed with Jody at Robinson Jackson estate agency, she was very responsive in arranging the viewing and even squeezed in another viewing whilst we were there. She answered our questions with honesty, and was very expedient in sending us details of reliable solicitors and broker. I didn’t proceed with the purchase due to a change in our circumstance, but I would highly recommend Jody and Robinson Jackson estate agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

I saw this good looking house in Maidstone and indicated interest online. Soon after I finished indicting interest ,I got a call from Samuel Wood who seemed to be in-charge of the property . He is the most Amazing guy in the estate agency, very professional with satisfactory,convincing and reassuring explanations on the process that was going to be involved . His follow up was top-notch and his kindness and diligence was second to none . He made the process straightforward and followed up such that within one week,our references ,other checks and payments were sorted perfectly without any pains or stress on us. I am in love with the way Robinson Michael and Jackson probably trained him to do the job because he is very good at it,though I anticipate he has some personal qualities which makes him super excellent in discharging his duties . I would encourage the letting agency to keep up their easy, straightforward,transparent pattern of letting so that it won't be a terrible burden trying to get a home in the UK. I would also encourage them to raise more of people like Samuel because it would make them to stand out super compared to other letting agencies . I give the company 5 Star recommendation, I give Samuel 5 Star recommendation. Keep up the good job .
