I just wanted to give credit to this letting agent. I have just purchased my first buy to let and the whole process was made so easy. Nikki came out and gave me all the information I needed and made it all simple to understand She put the property on the market, sorted all the certificates and keep me updated the whole way. I also spoke to Erin and Ellie who gave me the feedback from my viewings and were lovely. The property was only on the market for 3 days and the tenant passed referencing quickly. Nothing was too much for the team and I what I thought would be a hard and stressful process with a lot to learn was actually easy and exciting
