Ennis/Sam Many, many thanks to you both for managing a virtually flawless and very easy letting of our property. The whole process from start to finish has been handled by you both totally professionally, with complete transparency and just the right amount of communication. Particularly since it involved someone in the UK plus a landlord several time zones away in America. When we were selecting an Agent to manage the property you told us you were the best in the area - you were absolutely correct. Finally a big thank you to you Sam for going the extra mile in extremely hot weather to manage the viewings.

I have been speaking with Robinson Michael & Jackson for a few weeks now as they have been assisting us in our new property search. They have been helpful, but in particular Ellie has been extremely helpful, Ellie has always kept us in the loop with any new properties she thinks we may like and generally has just been extremely thoughtful, understanding and prompt on her arrangements and communication with us. So far, great customer service from the team!
