Terrible and not at all helpful towards my situation. They took 2 years to fix a tap and still never fixed my carpet which was promised.

Thank you for your valued feedback Mr Gravestock, like all other estate agents we are under extreme pressures, Lovelles always try to give the best customer service possible and sometimes clients don’t get the outcome they had hoped for when buying properties. The vendors decision re offers is their choice not the estate agent I’m afraid. I’m very sorry that this happened in your situation, we can only apologise if you feel that we didn’t get the outcome you wanted.

Went to a viewing and the estate agent didn't show up called to find out why and was told it had already gone but would have been nice to have been told before the viewing rather than me travel 12 miles and agent not show up very dissapointed very unprofessionalNegativeProfessionalism

Lovelies estate agents Mablethorpe have just lost us the second house we wanted to buy in Mablethorpe , the first house advertised by them was sold without us being given the chance to put in a bid even though we had booked a viewing, and we were not informed of being it already sold until after we had made the 3 and half hour journey from where we live . The second house which we had set our heart on, we told them definitively that we wanted to buy and if need be rather than waiting , we already had in place a bridging loan to secure the sale, we spoke to lovelles 3 times in the week to confirm they were liaising with the vendor on our behalf, but we then discovered that same week, the day after speaking to lovelles that the house had been sold to a higher bidder without even giving us the option to raise that bid, we weren’t even made aware about any other bidders, extreme lack of communication on their part, a courtesy call would have made a big difference ! As I’m sure the vendors of said house would have appreciated being told as well so they could make their own mind up concerning buyers, we can only guess they weren’t even told about us ?! . Sadly we will not be using lovelles when we find another property , very unprofessional concerning lack of communication between all parties being kept up to date and well informed , and definately would not recommend .NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Thank you for your feedback regarding our Mablethorpe office. i can confirm that the Branch Manager has spoken with you today - but hopefully i can clear your concerns up. the first property that you have mentioned looking at the details several attempts had been made to contact you regarding viewing, because of lockdown and coronavirus all viewings had to be cancelled - the property had been sold to a client who had viewed the property several times before the lockdown and had been speaking with the company that owned the property. the second property im slightly confused over as you have said that there had been a "higher bid" on the property - after checking i see the team had tried to contact the vendors to try and arrange a video tour on the property for you but no formal offers had been put forward from yourself as you had not viewed the property, hence trying to arrange a video tour for you and the vendors were made fully aware that you were very interested in the property but we needed the video as you were quite a drive away. There were no "other bidders" - as you were explained to the property had a sale that had fallen through and the original buyers had come back over the weekend. After checking with the office they did speak with you twice today and explain this to you. Once again im sorry you feel that you have received poor service - We will take note and give training in better communication.
