Thank you for your valued feedback Mr Gravestock, like all other estate agents we are under extreme pressures, Lovelles always try to give the best customer service possible and sometimes clients don’t get the outcome they had hoped for when buying properties. The vendors decision re offers is their choice not the estate agent I’m afraid.
