My neighbour went through Ewe Move Basingstoke and highly recommend them and I can see why. From the very start to the end Robert and his team have been so professional. The photos were very professional and looked really good online. They are all so friendly and always kept us in the loop, always keeping us updated on movements and if we asked anything they did not know they were straight on the case. We had viewings every week even with us telling Robert to only send people round that were in a good position to move, for us it was not about the amount of people that came round so we were really impressed that we still had viewings every week. I would really recommend Robert and his team as they were absolutely brilliant the whole way through, it is very stressful selling/buying but honestly Robert and Co made it really stress free. Can not recommend them enough.

From start to finish we cannot fault Ewemove’s service, notably our Agent Grant. He was transparent, reliable, empathetic and proactive- a totally different breed of estate agent to those I’ve experienced in the past.
The documents produced for our sale were high quality, photos and video were beautifully curated. We couldn’t clear the rooms completely so he just moved items around as he went. Online brochure and signature process made things easy to instruct. Research on properties sold nearby was deep and well presented. We communicated using WhatsApp in a group chat. Brilliant!
Our house sale started on January 14th and completed on July 8th. Grant guided us on price, timing to market and selling process. The viewings day was run smoothly and generated 8 offers!
In the later stages of the conveyance we were getting frustrated at waiting for the buyers solicitors to respond. Grant was noticeably forceful, applying pressure on our behalf. He earned his fee!
Overall, I would highly recommend Ewemove. I wouldn’t use any other estate agent again as they are leading the way in the housing market.

After a lot of thought , we decided to put our house on the market. We had lived in the house for 44 years and so it was a big decision to make. From the initial meeting with Michaela, we felt listened to and felt we could trust her to sell our house - which she did very quickly. The communication from the beginning to completion was excellent. Vicky was also very proactive and liaised with both sets of solicitors which helped immensely in reducing our stress levels. We would definitely recommend Ewe move.
