Ben has been incredible with us, we have been looking for some time and have spoken to nearly all the estate agents nearby and Ben is superior by far!! We previously went to see a house with him that we didn’t apply for at the time and when we applied for another property a couple of months later he remembered us and our situation and needs. In such a quick moving and stressful rental market, the small things really do matter, and such a small personal touch makes the world of difference in comparison to the huge agencies that barely call back, in comparison to Ben’s videos which keep the process human.
