From the outset, Ben couldn’t have done more. We made a last minute appointment for a Sunday afternoon due to a new build property being re-released and we therefore had a race to sell our own property in order to reserve it. He took outstanding photos, taking a great care in the detail, and made sure that the listing was published that same day despite having to work until a late hour on a Sunday evening. He clearly knew the area and the target market for my property and kept us well informed throughout all viewings. We had a buyer within a week and managed to reserve the property we wanted. During the sale process, our buyer had an extremely difficult Solicitor and we were experiencing a lot of pressure to exchange from the new build developer. Ben was in constant communication with all parties involved, even those who should have been the responsibility of the solicitor to chase. If it wasn’t for Ben, I believe our purchase would have fallen through so I can’t thank him enough. He really is different to normal estate agents; you aren’t just a sales target as he genuinely cares for each customer.

Liam will definitely sell your house..but I strongly recommend you find your own conveyancing service DO NOT USE THE LINK THEY GUIDE YOU INTO ON MOVE BUTLER...via ewemove..my buyer used this option as did i( my solicitors were OK at best)..they chose a firm called CONVEY LAW ...comfortably the most inept firm in the game...so ewemove use MOVEBUTLER...Who recommend conveyancing services...SO THEY'RE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR SCREW UPS FOR ME...(when it goes pear-shaped...it's a homer Simpson walking backwards into the hedges job...from all concerned) I like Liam I'd imagine in time he'll have the name,reputation & CLOUT to really be the finished article. IM not gonna diss Liam or ewemove..it's their connection to movebutler and zero vigilance of who they're recommending that caused myself and my buyer and seller...easy 6 weeks delay
