It's been more then 4 days since I asked Majid to arrange viewing for us on which he said ooh I am out of office at the moment just drop me a tex with you name and number I will get back to you. Nobody ever got back to me. Very poor service, don't even know how to deal with customers at all. I don't know if someone will review the comment and do something about it or not. But I wanted to leave a review.

Liars!! Do not trust these cowboys!!! My story: After 6 weeks of waiting for the open day we were told we had 8 booked, this dropped a few days before open day to 6, then 4. On open day we left the house for 2 hours so our 4 booked viewers can have a look around. Once we returned from our walk in the pouring rain, the estate agent (Ben) went into what the viewers had said about my property, all of which I could understand. So we were disappointed but more determined to sell. After the estate agent (Ben) left we became curious as to who viewed our house so we started to view our CCTV footage (obviously the agent Ben hadn’t noticed). After watching the footage from us leaving the house and coming back, we were shocked to discover not one person set foot in my house. So why did the agent Ben lie? Apparently it was completely out of character, but I wonder how many have gone through the same but not knowing? I wouldn’t trust these con artists as far as I could throw them. We don’t know what he did for 2 hours but it certainly wasn’t trying to sell my house! AVOID!!! Not worth any stars but had to give a 1 star :( :( :(
