"I am a buy to let landlord..."

I am a buy to let landlord who has used many estate agencies over the last seven years, to let my properties, and I have to say that most of them has not done a very good job so far. I was about to give up on Local estate agencies when a friend recommend Belvoir Estate agency to me, so I decide to give them a try. Belvoir has been my letting/managing agent for the last three months, and the service that I have received so far has been very good, rent is paid into my account on time and statements are sent to every month. Any complaint made to Belvoir by myself or the Tenants are acted upon quickly and efficiently. In addition Belvior return telephone calls and keep me informed as to what is happening with the property if repairs are needed. Keep up the good work

I am not happy with the charges specified while vacating the house. They only told us to paint the house while renting the house. While vacating the house they have charged for it saying painting got damaged. Overall i am very much disappointed with the services offered to me.

Left the house a month ago and they still didn't manage to give my deposit back after many requests!!

Don't recommend Belvoir for letting a house through this agency, completed an end of tenancy check out with the agent and she was very satisfied with the cleaning/inspection of house and she took pictures etc and also made compliment saying that property was returned in much better condition then before. But after few days they surprised me by saying that property was not returned in good condition and deducted £175 from my deposit for cleaning charges. Please do let a house through this agency, very rude staff specially staff Margaret.
