Adrian Mason was brilliant throughout. He's very professional and always available on the phone. You don't get some spotty teenager dealing with your enquiries, you get the office manager dealing with everything. Initially Belvoir were going to let my rental flat in Luton but due to water leak damage and the ensuing full renovation of the flat on insurance, I ended up selling the flat with Belvoir instead. Initial letting attempt was December 2019 but ended up selling instead with completion Nov 2020. They provided a key holding service for a variety of tradespeople to gain access to the flat during the renovation and were very patient and helpful with a very tricky leasehold conveyancing process.
