We have been with Belvoir Lettings Agency, Luton since February 2011 and we are very pleased with the services. When we first met Adrian we were skeptical as he was the only Estate Agent not asking us for money upfront. He didn't even wait for us to say what to do, he just got on and did what needed to be done to proceed with letting our property. I can remember getting so worried that he was going to land us with a huge bill and we wouldn't be able to pay. So, eventually I plucked up the courage to ask about his payment and to this day I can remember his exact words. "I get paid when you get paid." He said there was "nothing to pay now". Once the property started to get an income only then would he get his income. This was his job and he didn't expect us to be out of pocket to pay him. That genuine honesty and consideration sealed the deal for us. He arranged for viewing and also stayed with us when prospective tenants came to view to help us in making a decision giving us advice from his own experience. Absolutely no pressure at all. Scheduled periodic checks and reports, payments all on time. Any work to be carried out easily arranged. Even our mail gets sorted.
