Rosie was fantastic today. Really helpful and informative on the phone, and felt like she was working with us rather than just for the landlord. Great show around, where she was engaging and able to answer all of our questions.

Brockenhurst have been excellent from the start. Our initial meeting with Lou gave us confidence in all aspects of their services. The photos and marketing were great and we secured lovely tenants within a couple of weeks. Both Lou and Rosie are extremely good at making us feel 'looked after' by taking all the pressure away from us. We are really happy with Brockenhurst who are continuing to manage our property and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
