First of all, the agent who showed us around at the first viewing was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even in this crazy market, the house was appropriately priced therefore we had no issues with the valuation. Amanda who was dealing with the price negotiation handled this part of the process in a very fair way. Our solicitor was terribly slow and gave out lots of misleading information but Jessica our case manager sorted out those issues within no time. She was the engine of our purchase and I’m sure we would have never got this house if she didn’t keep chasing all parties tirelessly.
