Priced my house at less than I hoped for but got an immediate asking price offer. They kept my purchaser informed during a prolonged legal process that was outside my control. Very personable and knowledgeable team.

Always helpful and courteous ans sold the property

Difficult property to sell due to motorway noises and we had to reduce the price but we did get a good sale experience. Newton Falloway staff were excellent.

We were very pleased with the professional and quick way the house sale was dealt with. Any problems and they dealt with them efficiently.

Could do better

Very polite and personable and on the whole called back when they said they would. Valued our property correctly because we had several offers and it sold for over the asking price. However, the buyer we went with was not forthcoming with all the information so in the end we had to go directly through the solicitors. We will never know if the buyer was also withholding this information from the estate agent, or whether they were both withholding it from us. Sadly, we ended up not being able to trust the information that Newton Fallowell was telling us. We could only rely on the solicitors to give us accurate, up to date information. Unfortunately, this lead to a massive amount of delay and frustration with the sale.

Lettings.. Okay Trying to get repairs? Good luck. Moving out Inventory? Expect ludicrous and inflated claims (which can be argued down) but shame on them for trying their luck.

After the nightmares of dealing with Hartleys, Rami came to be my saviour. He solved the problem of my dishwasher after more than 6 months of following up. When ever I contact him, he responds rapidly and tries his best to sort it out. I gave 2 stars for the overall rating but definitely 5 stars goes to Rami.
