Hartleys lettings have very professional and helpful staff. I've had a quick response to problems I have reported and Rami in particular has remained reliable and a consistent person to liaise with, being clear about follow ups and remaining contactable, being empathetic about a number of issues that I had reported.

I give five star for Ramy not for the office because they do not now how to work with their customers. But Ramy just the person who when I have problem try to solve it

A great estate agency run by great people. Their property marketing is 2nd to none and they have a huge emphasis on customer service which is refreshing to see from an estate agency.

I want to THANK to RAMI, beacouse when we had a problem with the heating in December, he was so kind, and he had come after work and fix it . Their office was closed already , but he came! The problem was not very big, but if Rami didn't come , I would have frizzy :) Thank you so much ones again and I wish most employees to be like him!

My husband and I let an apartment through Hartleys - as Letting Agents and we are very pleased with the courteous and efficient service that we receive from them. The satisfaction of our tenants is very important to us (happy tenants are trouble-free tenants!). Hartleys and, in particular Rami, ensure that if they have any problems at all, they are dealt with promptly and effectively and we are kept informed of the progress of any repairs etc. We are happy to recommend and will certainly continue to use their services.
