Libby and her team did try to solve most of my queries whilst buying my property. The seller wasn’t playing ball , even when requested that would’ve helped several of the parties involved, free up time & made the moves flows smoothly. Always had excellent service. Only complaint is difficulty in getting into contact by telephone, particularly with Francesca. I think that maybe more support is required but am aware that this is part of Francesca’s development plan.
