very well thank you, but we spoke about the asking price my ex wife seems to think what you suggested was a little low . her freind only one hundred yards away had a neighbour sell their 2 bed det bungalow very recently for 250000.so i dont think it would be out of line to put my bungalow up at 240000.tell me what you think.
