Yet again i am impressed with the efficiency of the team at Belvoir when changing from one tenant to another. I literally haven't had to do anything and the transition has been seamless and i have been advised of progress at all times. When choosing an agent to manage letting one of our properties we were in contact with 4 agents in total. We chose Belvoir for a number of reasons. We thought that the website was very well laid out with a clear structure around monthly fees and the way that Belvoir operates. We were also blown away by how pro-active Francesca was and how supportive she was if we had any questions and this is even before we chose to go with them.
