Belvoir end of tenancy process is excellent Having reached the end of the tenancy agreement, you initiated a thorough inspection of our property and produced a very detailed report of your findings. I found Belvoir to be fair and honest in the appraisal of responsible parties, as there can be a fine line between genuine wear and tear and avoidable damage. It is also important to me that the property is maintained to a high standard that makes it desirable to future tenants. Given the prompt actions carried out by Belvoir to clear the items raised in the inspection report, our property was re-let very quickly and I couldn't be happier.
