When choosing an agent to manage letting one of our properties we were in contact with 4 agents in total. We chose Belvoir for a number of reasons. We thought that the website was very well laid out with a clear structure around monthly fees and the way that Belvoir operates. We were also blown away by how pro-active Francesca was and how supportive she was if we had any questions and this is even before we chose to go with them. In fact we had viewings booked in even before we had finished decorating the property in preparation for our live date. The whole process has been made extremely easy and the follow up from the rest of the team has been excellent too and very efficient.
