There I meet Hardev and he was very helpful showing me around the property and telling me everything I need to know. One of the things I value above most other things is good communication. Stow Brothers, and in particular Andrew, were very good communicators with us. I am very pleased with the service I received from The Stow Brothers. The selling process started earlier this year meeting Eva Bouzaki, who showed a really good knowledge of the local and East London housing market, her valuation was spot on and set a realistic expectation. I invited Eva and another agent from a local competitor (who I never heard from again, not even a follow up call...), Eva started the ball rolling almost immediately sending the photographer and marketing the property. Eva was the perfect host on the open day, turning up on time and bringing with her lots of personality and enthusiasm! Claudia Dellapina in the sales progression played a key role, providing me with regular updates and being the intermediary, especially when unnecessary delays were being caused by solicitors not communicating with each other or their clients! Extremely thankful to Claudia for turning things around on the final day of the stamp duty holiday and simultaneous exchange/completion on a chain of four! It nearly didn't happen and our solicitor had also given up by midday, thank you Claudia for making those vital calls/emails to the right people that afternoon to ensure the chain didn't collapse and the sale was completed!

Stow Brothers have really outdone themselves recently. Been around Walthamstow/Leyton my whole life and they've really taken care of me and my family and later in life my housemates. I have been using Stow Bros to let my flat for several years now and my current property manager, Suela, is superb. She is so professional and efficient in guiding and advising me through the letting process.
