Have just passed a year renting with Stow and couldn't be happier with the service property Manager Catherine has been providing. Always attentive and quick to sort problems and suggest solutions. Had a leaky tap due to general wear and tear and she was able to get contractors Gary and Brian booked ASAP who were both great. They fixed the problem super quick, even going as far as to pop out and purchase a brand new tap to ensure the job was done then and there within the time slot. Amazing!

After my annual condition report on the property which was the most detailed and comprehensive I have had since moving from a previous Agent. My new property Manager Hannah has corresponded with me in a timely efficient way to conclusion. Hannah's emails are both friendly and precise that builds trust with Landlords Its has been a good start with Stow bros

Claudia at Stow Brothers was fantastic and really helped with our transaction as soon as we got the offer accepted. She was a great conduit with the Sellers and helped progress everything by continually chasing and pressing to ensure our timelines were met. She was also a fountain of knowledge on the process and helped advise us on all aspects. On top of that she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always available to speak!

The Stow Brothers were excellent from start to finish. They put our home on the market and within two weeks we had a buyer. Claudia and Tiffany were superb, they made it so stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

Having lived out of London for a couple of years we weren't really aware of what the market was like but everyone there was so helpful and gave us really useful insights & were great with getting in touch and sorted for viewings. Nathan was the agent for our flat and great service - but big shout-out to Jon for showing us loads of properties too! Everything we viewed with SB were great - they clearly dont just work with any landlords and provide a great service - when we moved in there was a slight issue but their maintence team were straight on it and resolved :) Would happily recommend them to tenants/ landlords/ buyers :)

We get a great service from Stow Brothers in Walthamstow, for our property management. Hanna our property manager is on the ball, responds to any request very quickly and she is always helpful and very friendly, I do not need to worry about any problem that needs sorting as it is always taken care of very professionally. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Stow Brothers! We have just bought our property through them and their sales advisor Sammie could not have been more attentive. She was friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She definitely made moving less stressful for us. We'll definitely be using them when we come to sell!

Jay our property manager is extremely professional and friendly. She's always available by phone and email and has always done everything she can to get any issues with our property sorted as soon as she can. In general I find Stow Brothers much more friendly and in touch with the human side of letting / renting that other agents I've dealt with in the past.

Our first contact with stow brothers was with Eva, who was professional and enthusiastic. Our house was sold quickly and simply with one viewing morning. Claudia, from the sales progression team then took over, she was friendly, personable and efficient. She followed up and made sure there was an open communication channel between our buyers and us. Best estate agency experience we have had!

Just wanted to say that Catherine Whaley has done an amazing job as property manager of the property that I let out with Stow Brothers. There have been a lot of unfortunate incidents that have taken place since we let the property out and she has taken charge and come to resolutions speedily and smoothly, while keeping a constant, open line of communication. This is much appreciated, so I wanted to note this publicly, as she is a credit to herself and the company.
