It only took 48 hours for them to find a professional couple who wanted to move in For the past 3 years I have been lucky enough to have Suela supporting me. She has always been responsive, professional, and and thoughtful, helping keep my tenants happy and the flat in good order.

The Stow Brothers letting agency was very supportive for “a new girl in town” like me who really struggled to get an apartment in London. One of their representatives, Mr. Hardev, was truly helpful and maintained good communication in every single step right from arranging a viewing, throughout referencing and finally with the payments. He helped me with alternative ideas whenever I got stuck during the process. The level of patience he showed was immense. The best thing is that they are flexible and they don’t put pressure on you at any stage. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the service.

We've been renting with the Stow Brothers for a few years now and I really can't fault their service and professionalism. Suela, our Property Manager, is always responsive, helpful and extremely kind - simply put, she's all those things that you wish you'd find in your letting agent!

We recently bought with Stow Brothers and we were very impressed with them, the whole team was very professional and they were easy to get in touch with. Claudia in particular helped a lot with getting the whole chain to move forward, keeping everyone updated, and without someone like her the whole process could have taken much longer. Unfortunately they did recommend a conveyancer to our seller who was incompetent and frankly a bit thick. Do some research before choosing a conveyancer.

We currently rent a house through Stow brothers. We had some issues with the property and contacted the agency. Our property manager Jay has been incredibly helpful chasing the landlord in order to resolve the issue. She is always very prompt to reply to all our emails and queries and I want to highlight her professionalism and patience with us.

I've bought from Stow twice and sold once with them over the last couple of years, and everyone that I've worked with across the viewings, branches and transactions has been friendly, professional and responsive. I would happily work with Stow when I next move (not for quite some time I hope!)
