Jay our property manager is extremely professional and friendly. She's always available by phone and email and has always done everything she can to get any issues with our property sorted as soon as she can. In general I find Stow Brothers much more friendly and in touch with the human side of letting / renting that other agents I've dealt with in the past.

Our first contact with stow brothers was with Eva, who was professional and enthusiastic. Our house was sold quickly and simply with one viewing morning. Claudia, from the sales progression team then took over, she was friendly, personable and efficient. She followed up and made sure there was an open communication channel between our buyers and us. Best estate agency experience we have had!

Just wanted to say that Catherine Whaley has done an amazing job as property manager of the property that I let out with Stow Brothers. There have been a lot of unfortunate incidents that have taken place since we let the property out and she has taken charge and come to resolutions speedily and smoothly, while keeping a constant, open line of communication. This is much appreciated, so I wanted to note this publicly, as she is a credit to herself and the company.

We’ve just finished a tenancy with Stow Brothers and I can’t recommend them enough. Our property manager, Suela, has been friendly, responsive and helpful, and has made everything really smooth and easy. We ended the tenancy early due to relocating out of London, and Suela and her colleagues were incredibly understanding and made sure this could happen without trouble. Maintenance issues were always addressed promptly and followed up quickly if the issue wasn’t resolved. Overall, I wish we could rent with Stow brothers again. They were fantastic!

Sammie at Stow Brothers has been an absolute breath of fresh air, everything went through smoothly with my purchase. She was helpful with everything I ever needed, keep in regular touch and was overall just a breeze to work with. If I ever sell my flat, I'll be sure to use them again. My flat had a couple of problems that could have been very stressfull for me. Hanna, in particular, has always been very responsive and helped to solve the issues without any fuss.
